At DLG, the “D” could stand for “details”. We excel in accurate completion and timely filing of your E-rate forms.

Whether it’s meeting the many different deadlines, making sure all of your Service Provider Identification Numbers (SPIN) are current and documented, answering Program Integrity Assurance (PIA) questions or handling appeals, we can do it all. We can even write a Request for Proposal (RFP) and help assess and select the best products and services for your school district.

Usually, we have three years of forms/process active for our E-rate clients. In addition to Forms 470, 471, 472 (BEAR), 486 and 500 and Item 21 attachments, and frequently there are PIA questions and SPIN changes active as well. We take the responsibility to be responsive off your shoulders! AND, we keep all of your records on file for five years, per SLD requirements.
